Eric's decade of experience in accounting and financial leadership roles include private industry accounting and finance, financial due diligence, carve-out financial statement preparation, purchase price allocation, and financial statement audit. He has significant experience with both public and private companies across a variety of industries with complex accounting concerns.

Having spent time working for a private equity-backed company, he understands the operational and financial complexities encountered with a company experiencing rapid growth through bolt-on acquisitions. During his career, he has also advised strategic and financial buyers and sellers with buy-side and sell-side due diligence (quality of earnings analyses); carve-outs / stand-alone analyses; SEC reporting assistance; financial modeling and post-close working capital adjustments.
