John has two decades of experience advising clients on a broad range of business and transaction services. He has advised on hundreds of domestic and cross-border transactions, across a wide range of industries and assists companies with complex accounting topics borne out of change.

A former private equity C-suite executive, he brings a unique perspective to each engagement and enjoys working with his clients to support their goals and initiatives. During his career, this has included advising private, corporate, and financial buyers and sellers with buy-side and sell-side due diligence (quality of earnings analyses); carve-outs / stand-alone analyses; merger integration; IPO / SEC reporting assistance; strategic sourcing and procurement; financial modeling and post-close working capital adjustments.
