In 2021, John and Eric started the firm to serve clients in the lower- and middle-market M&A space who were not a priority for the larger CPA firms. John and Eric previously worked together at large, national transaction advisory practices and wanted to build a firm and culture that provides “large firm” expertise to clients with a “small firm” touch.
